Congratulations on joining your new organization as a senior leader. I’m sure that you’re extremely excited and that expectations are high for you, your executive team and your entire workforce.

In your new role, you have a unique opportunity to set the tone and establish the culture for your new organization. It’s a great opportunity to show people that you do things differently and better than your predecessor and allows you to put your mark on the organization. Building a highly engaged culture bolsters your credibility and builds the loyal and motivated workforce you need to execute your strategy and bring your vision to life.

Recognizing your Unsung Heroes

As you move forward, I want to encourage you to establish a program to recognize your unsung heroes. I’m sure you will probably recognize star players on your team such as the rainmaker who lands a big deal or the genius who secures a crucial patent. This is important because if people produce you want to keep them happy, motivated and loyal.

But what about the less visible roles that are just as important to your company’s success?  Maybe it’s the contract administrator that worked late to ensure the deal could be closed by the end of the quarter or the service rep who walked an irate customer off the ledge. The unsung heroes on your team could be overlooked and underappreciated. Well, we have a client that sells sales enablement technology.  Recognizing unsung heroes does wonder for engagement and motivation across your organization. It gives people hope that going that extra mile to make a difference is appreciated and may be rewarded – regardless of their role or level in the company.

How Can Execugram Help

That’s where Execugram helps. Our world-class team of former Marvel comic book artists portrays your customers as the superheroes they are. The art is beautiful, and the superhero metaphor is perfect for the sacrifice they make to you and their business. Receiving Execugram art is an unforgettable experience. Your people will be blown away by their art, and you will be in their hearts and minds forever.

Our employee appreciation programs typically include two superhero prints – one for the employee to keep and the other for a “wall of fame” for permanent recognition. Each time you recognize the most visible members of your team, take a few minutes to focus on the less visible folks who help support the top producers and encourage others to do the same.

Getting started is easy. Just call me and we will walk you through the process step-by-step.
